Yes I have an addiction - Nails. I just cant stop! Day and night I do nails.
I have been wanting to start a blog page for my nail business for over a year now and today is the day!
I have had an addiction to nails since the age of 4 maybe 5. My mum had the most beautiful natural long nails and I would get her to cut them really short, making sure I put the nails in order of pinky to thumb nail, and she would give me the ends she cut off. I would stick them onto my short bittern nails with clear sticky tape and walk around the house tapping away on benches and things. YEP I really did this LOL
I was a nail biter for most of my teenage years and by the age of 14 I was working casual at McDonalds which was giving me a small income. I then started buying cheap acrylic product and doing my own nails.
I eventually did a beauty course after I finished school which covered waxing, facials and nails. Certificate III in Beauty.
My main thing was nails. I was good at them. It was my thing.
I got into nail art and air brushing back in the mid 90s.
I was always going to the trade shows. Keeping a look out for new products. I have done acrylic, fibre glass, powdered gel, stick-on nails, you name it I have done it. At a trade show in Sydney, probably around 1997 I came across a product called Bio Sculpture Gel
